The cancel button lives in the dashboard — no emails, no calls. After cancelling, the service runs until the end of the paid period and no renewal is charged.
If a paid plan isn't a fit, we refund 100% within the first 14 days — no questions asked. After that, annual payments are refunded pro-rata for the unused days.
After disconnecting, your store's data is kept for 30 days (in case you return), then deleted. On a GDPR request we delete sooner — within 72 hours.
